Installation Directions

Tools you'll need for mounting your LED light set:

Body Reamer or a drill bit
Here's the size drill bits you'd need

• 10mm Holder = 9/16th Bit •
• 5mm Holder = 5/16th Bit •
• 3mm Holder = 7/32nd Bit •
• Red Push Button Switch = 9/16th Bit •
• Toggle Switch = 7/32nd Bit •

We highly recommend using a body reamer for exact placement and diameter.

• Duct Tape •
• Pliers •

Think of where you want to mount the LED holders before you start. Using a pen to mark your placements, double check by measuring different distances from the end of the body to the center of your hold to check for proper spacing. Mark where you want to mount your LED holders. Make a slight indent and measure to make sure your lights will be even. Typically you want to do this from the outside to match up to decals or markings. After centering each starting hole continue to finish reaming the hole. Use a reamer or drill bit to make a hole where you have chosen to mount your headlight or tail light.
Use a body reamer or drill bit to make a hole to mount your LED holders. Careful not to make the hole too big. Slip the LED chrome holder through the hole from the outside. Hand tighten the nut on the inside of the LED chrome holder. Do not over tighten. Avoid using pliers that might mar the body paint.
